Belonging to the Est ate of JAMES NESBITTm deceased. The
above Negroes have long been accustomed to gardening and attending market, and
are perfectly sober, honest, and no runaways. Conditions, cash.

Immediately after the above sale of Negroes, will be
sold,
That valuable Lot of Land in Broad Street, bounding on the
weat by lands belonging to Elias Lynch Hurry, Esq. And on the East by lands
belonging to Frederick Kohne, Esq. Measuring 50 feet on Broad street, by 139
feet more or less.
Two LOTS in Short street, measuring 25 feet on Short
street, by 90 feet deep with two comfortable Brick Dwellin HOUSES. The Property
is so well known, as to render a further description unnecessary.
Also, A NEGRO WENCH AND CHILD.
The above Lots, and Wench and Child, to be sold as the
property of Dr. Jophn Smith, deceased.
